The APF 1033 is the lightest and smallest of all Ammann Vibratory Plate Compactors. Its size makes it ideally suited to small jobsites and confined areas. This forward-moving plate compactor is often utilised by landscape contractors to reach hard-to-access spots. Homeowners also use the AP 1033 because of its manageable size. The standard guide handle and its vibration isolation improve operator comfort.

One compactor for every task

Earth, gravel, asphalt or paving – the Ammann APF 1240 Vibratory Plate proves its worth in garden construction and landscape gardening. It is also easy and convenient to use in tight confines thanks to its practical design and foldable grip. An optional Vulkollan foot and a sprinkler system ensure that every substrate receives the careful attention it needs.

Vibratory plates need to be fit for a wide range of applications in garden construction and landscaping, as the tasks change on a daily basis. Today, the paved courtyard entrance needs compacting, while tomorrow it might be the drainage ditch and the day after the freshly laid asphalt path. The APF 1240 Vibratory Plate from Ammann is the light compactor for any small to medium-sized surface. The petrol version has a compaction force adequate for a depth of up to 15 cm. The diesel version can even reach depths of up to 18 cm.

Reversible Plates

APR 2220 DIESEL

APR 2220 DIESEL

The light weight and narrow working width of the APR 2220 make this reversible plate compactor a great fit on confined worksites.

With a working width of 40 cm and a weight of about 100 kg, this vibratory plate squeezes into tight locations, while its compact design and high manoeuvrability help it perform when it gets there.

It has the ability to move back and forth and provide “on-the-spot” vibration for particularly stubborn materials. When the job is finished, permanent mounted wheels are available as an option for easy transport

APR 2620

APR 2620 APR 2620

The APR 2620 offers you multiple options, with available working widths of 38 cm or 50 cm.

This all-around machine performs in varied applications and on varied surfaces and offers an optional water sprinkler system for work on asphalt.

The APR 2620 has the ability to move back and forth and provide “on-the-spot” vibration for particularly stubborn materials. Permanent mounted transport wheels are another productivity-boosting option.

APR 3520 DIESEL

The APR 3520 has good capabilities, with working widths of 45 cm to 60 cm. It is often the vibratory plate of choice for contractors working with pavement blocks with thicknesses up to 10cm.
An optional vibratory rubber mat helps prevent damage during the compaction process.

When working on other surfaces and in other applications, the APR 3520 features the operator friendly features and performance characteristic of all Ammann Vibratory Plate Compactors.

APR 5920

APR 5920

This reversible vibratory plate offers manoeuvrability and great climbing with an ability to work on 30 percent grades.

High-performance diesel engines power the machines. The variable forward and reverse motion helps the vibratory plates overcome particularly difficult spots in hard-to-reach places.

At 440 kg, it is the heaviest of the APR vibratory plates. Its engine provides 6,6 kw of power and the machines delivers 59 kN of centrifugal force. The engine hood is durable and protective but also grants great accessibility for servicing.

Optional extensions of 75 mm and 150 mm can further improve productivity.

Rammers

ATR 60

ATR 60

Ammann Classic rammers focus on – and excel at – the basic needs for any contractor. They are great fits for rental houses and contractors who don’t frequently require a rammer.

Like all Ammann rammers, the ATR 60 C and ATR 68 C provide industry-leading compaction output and forward movement. The handle, the height, proper shoes and a low centre of gravity that enables control make the rammers easy to operate regardless of experience level. The rammers feature the vibration isolated handle concept that limits hand-arm vibrations to protect the operator.
This is an important feature to make the operator work more comfortable and to avoid long-term health issues. If required, the height of the handle can be adjusted to adapt to the operator’s size.

The ATR 60 C offers a working weight of 61 kg. The ATR 68 C delivers more weight at 86 kg. Both machines excel with their unmached balance.

The Classic rammers are equipped with a Honda GX 100 petrol engine, highly regarded for its reliability and long life.

Tandem Drum Rollers

ARX 12 TIER 4F

ARX 12 TIER 4F

The Ammann ARX 12 T4f Tandem Roller is a light, articulated ride-on roller that works flush against curbs and other obstructions and eliminates the need for special edge compaction efforts. It meets Tier 4 Final emissions standards.

Double-drive and double-vibration are standard and help deliver optimum compaction results. An electronic drive lever makes for smooth starting and stopping and is among the reasons the roller is popular with operators. Other operator benefits include a rubber-mounted platform that limits vibration and an intuitive instrument panel to help make even an inexperienced operator successful.

The ARX 12 is built with high quality, long-lasting components that reduce the cost of ownership over the lifetime of the machine. It is reliable, economical, safe and fuel efficient.

ARX 26

ARX 26 ARX 26 2

The Ammann ARX 26 Tandem Roller delivers 47 kN of compaction force yet still works flush to curbs and other obstructions.
The roller covers some ground with its 1200 mm drum width. The machine is designed to provide the operator with exceptional drum views, one factor in helping the machine work close to potential obstructions.

An electric drive-lever makes for smooth starting and stopping and is among the reasons the rollers is popular with operators. Other operator benefits include a rubber-mounted platform that limits vibration and an intuitive instrument panel.

The ARX 26 also includes high quality, long-lasting components that reduce the cost of ownership over the lifetime of the machine. It is reliable, economical, safe and fuel efficient.
